Gold Loan Campaign
Kerala Bank launched the "100 Golden Days 2.0" Gold Loan campaign, aimed at giving special focus on gold loan. The campaign will run from from 22.12.2025 to 31.03.2026.
Bank president, Sri.P.Mohanan Master kicked off the campaign via video conferencing from the headoffice at Thiruvananthapuram. Vice president, Sri.T.V.Rajesh, Executive Director, Sri.Roy Abraham, Chief General Manager, Sri.A.Anilkumar, General Managers were present.
The Bank president addressed all the staff of the Bank via video conferencing before the commencement of the campaign.
The Gold loan up to Rs 1 lakh will attract only 77 paise for every Rs 100 during the campaign period. There was an increase of Rs 2701 crore during the earlier Gold loan campaign launched by the Bank which ended on October 31, 2025.
Bank president, Sri. P.Mohanan Master said that it is expected that the customers would optimal use of the lower interest rates charged by the Bank for the gold loan in a situation where Private financial institutions, Non Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) are charging exorbitant rates.
