കേരള ബാങ്കില് ഒറ്റത്തവണ തീര്പ്പാക്കല് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യം ജൂണ് 30 വരെ ദീര്ഘിപ്പിച്ചു. കുടിശ്ശികയായ 60 ലക്ഷം രൂപവരെയുള്ള വായ്പകള് ഒറ്റത്തവണ തീര്പ്പാക്കലിനായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
മരണപ്പെട്ടവര് / മാരക രോഗം ബാധിച്ചവരുടെ 10 ലക്ഷം രൂപവരെ മുതല് ബാക്കിനില്പ്പുള്ള വായ്പകള്ക്ക് പലിശ പൂര്ണ്ണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കി നല്കുന്നതാണ്. 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുള്ള 100% കരുതല് വച്ചിട്ടുള്ള D3 വായ്പകള്ക്കും വായ്പക്കാരന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക സ്ഥിതി പരിഗണിച്ച് പലിശ പൂര്ണ്ണമായി ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഒരു വര്ഷവും അതിനുമുകളിലും കൂടിശ്ശിക ആയി തുടരുന്ന വായ്പകള്ക്ക് നിബന്ധനകള്ക്ക് വിധേയമായി 10% മുതല് 50% വരെ പലിശ ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
കുടിശ്ശിക തീര്പ്പാക്കുന്നതിനായി വായ്പക്കാര് അതാത് ബ്രാഞ്ചുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പദ്ധതിയുടെ പ്രയോജനം പൂര്ണ്ണമായും ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.
